Deep Woods Estate Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon is predominantly sourced from young vines on the original Deep Woods property in Yallingup, Margaret River.

During fermentation, the juice spends 10-14 days on skins. It is then pressed directly to new and seasoned oak barrels to complete the ferment and mature for around 12 months.

Crimson purple, Deep Woods Estate Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied and fruit driven with chewy tannins. Cellaring potential is eight years.
